Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

  • Unfortunately, shipping is expensive. We do our best to keep the costs down, but they're really out of our control. At any time during the order process, you can click on "View Cart" in the top menu bar and then click on "Calculate Shipping and Handling" in the shopping cart to see a list of shipping options and costs. Shipping is calculated on total product weight.
  • We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
  • Discrete Packaging: Plain brown boxes, sometimes recycled boxes, free boxes from the US Post office, what ever it takes to pack your order safely and discretely. The return address on your box will say PD.
  • (as) Quick (as possible) Turnaround: With the exception of the Porta-Sling Stand and some of the Playroom Necessities, PaddleDaddy makes everything he sells himself. No gigantic back room full of sweaty gnomes (but maybe that could be fun!), no 3rd world factories, just one guy and his tools. I try to keep everything in stock, although sometimes you enthusiasts just buy them faster than I can make them.
  • Bottom line here, if I have it, I'll ship it no later than the next business day. You'll receive an e-mail telling you how and when it was shipped and the tracking number if relevent. If the shopper before you just purchased the last one, I'll e-mail you and let you know that I'm out of stock and the projected shipping date of your order.
  • One last disclaimer: nobody chains me to my work bench. Sometimes I just have to get out and (big breath) smell the roses or (grin) take a trip on my motorcycle or (wink) do some one-on-one product testing or (yippee) travel to some exotic location and peddle my wares personally at a Vendor Fair. Again, no back room full of sweaty gnomes to dutifully ship your order in my absence.
  • My promise: since I am mildly addicted to e-mail (leather, sweaty pits, sawdust, etc) I'll probably find your order within 24 hours of it being placed and I'll zip you off an e-mail telling you when I'll be back in the shop and ready to ship your order. That's the best I can do. Besides, if I have to hire that backroom full of sweaty gnomes, the fun factor goes down and prices go up.
  • Lost Shipments: Knock on wood, someday this will probably happen. For US shipments, please wait a minimum of 15 business days for your order to arrive. For foreign shipments, please wait a minimum of 30 business days. Then, if it still hasn't arrived, please e-mail me and we will work out a solution.

 Shipping Dungeon Furniture:

  • The shipping calculator will not calculate shipping on Dungeon Furniture. Check the product description for each item to see what options might be available.

Returns Policy:You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).

  • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your refund check to arrive in the mail.
  • If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
